William T. Mitzel
Bill has lived in Payson AZ for the last year. He grew up in the Phoenix Metropolitian area.His construction experience spans over 25 years in the Arizona market. In 2000 Bill started WTM Construction . To this day you can still find the CEO and founder of WTM in the field working hands on with his clients to make sure that every phase of each project meets the high standards that he and his customers expect.
